Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with jets! There is also a warm children's pool with floats and mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta's Sauna World. The Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers offering four different programmes with light and sound effects.

The buyer will receive use of the share for week 43/2026 starting from Mon 19 October 2026 – Mon 26 October 2026.

The apartment is available from 18:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.

Preparation and sending of the deeds and share documents by registered letter is included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no arrears of maintenance charges on the share.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club's registration fee (€40 private / €60 companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 does not need to be paid) and deliver the transfer tax certificate to the seller. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions on how to file the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
