Ownership and usage rights transfer to the buyer from 1 May 2026. The seller will register the share with the property manager.
This share entitles the holder to use the apartment every eighth week. Weeks you don't use are automatically rented out and rental income is paid three times a year.
Company loan of €13,618.92 (remaining 31 December 2025) transfers to the buyer with the sale. The loan is repaid automatically from rental income; remaining rental proceeds are paid to the shareholder every 4 months.
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Bids must be made by the specified deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase! The bidder is obliged before making an offer to inspect the apartment and the company documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection. Shares are sold with the information provided in the listing.
Seller’s information
The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and which could be expected to affect the sale. The seller warrants that all maintenance fees and other payments to the company have been paid up to the date of sale. Photos in the listing may not be from the exact apartment but from a corresponding apartment in the same company. Holiday ownership sales are always made with a separate purchase contract and under the terms stated therein, which the buyer and seller accept by signing.
Other costs

The seller will send instructions for payment of the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid.
