Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to take part in the auction in person by making an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Viewing the property

Before making a bid, bidders are obliged to inspect the apartment and the company's documents and records. Afterward, the buyer cannot rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Seller's information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale


The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price must be paid before the signing appointment so the share transfer can be executed at the signing.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails to complete for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed fixed compensation.
