Maintenance fee 2026:

€272.50 / year.

The fee covers final cleaning, linens, towels, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, firewood, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency call-out, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer will have use of the apartment from week 52/2026 (Fri 18 December 2026 – Fri 25 December 2026).

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

All shares advertised for sale are my own unless otherwise stated.

Sales contracts and the posting of share certificates by registered letter are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no outstanding maintenance fee arrears on the share.

The buyer shall promptly file the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; tax under €10 need not be paid) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax declaration in Omavero.
