The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, firewood, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance and emergency services, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer receives the use of the share from Week 2 / 2027 onwards (Fri 8 January 2027 - Fri 15 January 2027).

Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
