Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return, nor any statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.

No warranty is given for the item. Descriptions in the advertisement are only the seller’s estimates of the item for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the item themselves before making a binding offer. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the item as is.

The buyer is responsible for costs related to registering the share according to the Holiday Club Resorts (HCR) price list (estimated €40 for private individuals and €60 for companies), any transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price) and costs of joining the RCI exchange system, if they choose to connect the share to that system.


Withdrawal from the purchase

If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they agree to pay compensation to the seller of 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, if the 10% compensation would be less than €100.
