The property is seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, following, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the offer.
