If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the agreed purchase price within the agreed payment period.

Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to liability for damages.

If the highest binding bidder makes an unfounded bid, they must pay a penalty to the seller equal to 20% of the highest bid made,

but at least €500.

Contracts must be signed within two (2) months of the decision becoming final.
