Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer commit to registering all offers in the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid.

Inspection of the property
The bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to inspect the property in question, its documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre‑inspection.

Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale
The transfer of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the fee of the transaction confirmer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable at the time. In addition to the purchase price, a land survey fee of €1,090 will be charged to the buyer. For leases, the tenant will be charged a one‑off land survey fee of €1,090 upon signing the lease. The deed preparation fee is €120 and the transaction confirmation fee is €138. The annual ground rent for the plot is 6% of the sale price. For leased plots, if the tenant later purchases the plot, the Municipality of Muhos will credit 50% of the rents paid against the purchase price for residential plots, provided the purchase takes place within 5 years.

Withdrawal from the transaction
A party who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
