The quarry area is located on approximately 0.48 ha, and the estimated total extractable volume is about 59,600 m³ of rock material. The total operational area is approximately 2.3 ha.

In addition, there is an estimated opportunity to extract approximately 100,000 m³ of additional material if an increase in the extraction volume is applied for later.

Permit conditions include:

• maximum crushing amount 60,000 tonnes / year

• extraction down to level +104 m (N2000)

• operations are of an intermittent nature

Operating hours according to the permit

• Mon–Fri 06:00–22:00: crushing and transport

• blasting 08:00–18:00

• transport may also take place at weekends if necessary

• noise and dust impacts have been minimised through terrain shaping and siting

Security deposit

The security required by the permit conditions is €19,495.60.
If the buyer wishes to include the extraction permit in the sale and transfer it to their name, the buyer is responsible for providing the new security to the City of Kouvola so that the current owner's security can be released.
