Bidding period: The sale as a whole ends on 24 March 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.


The property will be offered first as a whole (a total of 110 shares), and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it exceeds the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers, covers the minimum acceptable bid for each share series. The sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.


If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, PO Box 1, FI-00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property is seized and will be sold by private sale under the enforcement officer’s supervision in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted in the auction. Further details are provided in the sales prospectus.

 

Bids apply to the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. See the sales prospectus for information on any loan shares, unpaid company charges or other claims or obligations that the purchaser will be responsible for or required to pay in order to obtain possession of the apartment.

 

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for damages under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
