Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Inspection of the property

The annual rent for the plot is 6% of the sale price. For leased plots, if the tenant later purchases the plot, Muhos municipality will credit 50% of the rents paid on residential plots against the purchase price if the purchase takes place within five years.

Withdrawal from the sale
A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
