Seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer by means of a free sale in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period: The sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 11:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property is offered first for sale as a whole, a total of 110 shares, and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it exceeds the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers submitted, covers the lowest acceptable bid for each share series. A sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bid‑increment automation. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.
