City of Turku sells a detached-house plot in Räntämäki, Lustokatu 1, Turku

The plot will be transferred in accordance with the attached sales brochure and the standard sale or standard lease agreement terms. On Huutokaupat.com it is possible to submit purchase offers only, but the recipient of the plot may immediately after the end of the bidding declare that they wish to lease the plot, in which case the base rent is 4% of the offered price per year. A rent offer will only be accepted from natural persons; for example, a company may only make a purchase offer, and transfer of a plot purchased or leased from the city in an unbuilt state will not be accepted.

The city will charge the successful bidder a deposit of 2.5% of the accepted offer for the plot, however at least EUR 1,000, by separate invoice immediately after the decision to accept the offer. The deposit will be credited when the deed of sale or the lease agreement is made.

If the successful bidder withdraws from the sale or lease, they must compensate the city for reasonable costs under Chapter 2, Section 8 of the Land Code in the amount of 2.5% of the accepted offer for the plot, however at least EUR 1,000.
