Seized property is sold by the enforcement officer by means of a free sale on the auction site www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period: Sale ends on 25 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

The property is first offered for sale as a whole, a total of 70 shares, and then on the following day each share series separately. A combined offer is accepted if it is larger than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers received, covers the minimum acceptable offer for each share series. The sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to place purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, address PO Box 1, FI-00067 Enforcement Authority, or by email to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
