Offers must be submitted by the specified deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. It is possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The person making an offer accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder must, before making an offer, familiarise themself with the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information that the seller knows and that can reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of real property must be made in the form prescribed in the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price shall take place at the signing. The fee of the certifying official shall be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice. The buyer is responsible for the parcel subdivision costs.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to the transaction.
