A lovely just-under 3-hectare wilderness plot in Neitokaitti between Hetta and Vuontisjärvi. The parcel has a 50-metre stretch of the Vaikkojoki river and the ground is mainly dry pine heath; the width of the parcel is 50 metres. In summer the Vaikkojoki can be crossed by wading at the rapids. According to the map there are two cottages in Neitokaitti, so the area is peaceful, with the Käsivarsi hunting and fishing areas nearby. Heading north there are no more roads and after a few kilometres the Pöyrisjärvi wilderness area begins, continuing to the Norwegian border. Rights of way are handled in the subdivision procedure; at the moment there are no roads to the plot. Building a cottage requires an exception permit decided by the municipality of Enontekiö. The seller makes no representation as to obtaining such a permit.

Shares in common areas and special privileges transfer to the buyer in proportion to area, except for Enontekiö joint forest shares. The buyer will receive 3 joint forest shares. The total area of the property is approx. 160 hectares; subdivision of previously sold plots of about 33 ha is pending.

The Enontekiö joint forest comprises c. 30,000 hectares where hunting may be practised. A joint forest shareholder is entitled to a seasonal small-game permit priced at €50 per hunting season. The permit covers up to 40 harvest points. The shareholder permit also includes the right to participate in bear hunting. The shareholder and their family members who fall into inheritance tax class 1 are entitled to use the shareholder's hunting permit. Shareholder permits are allocated as follows: 0.1–5 shares entitle one shareholder permit; 5.01–10 shares entitle two shareholder permits.
