An electricity connection will be provided to the building, which will transfer to the new owner; the building also has a main electrical panel.
The property itself does not have an electricity connection.

There is no water or sewer connection to the property.

The property can be viewed independently and enquiries should preferably be sent by email on weekdays.

The buyer may check the plot's zoning status independently with the municipality.

The property is sold free of all encumbrances and in the condition it is in at the time of sale.

Buyers are asked to inspect the property before making an offer.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale. The buyer may not be an entity listed on international sanctions lists. This will be checked before the transaction. Property inspection

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information that the seller knows and that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be carried out in the form required by the Land Code. The signing event will be arranged in Vantaa, Ylivieska, Jyväskylä or Tampere. The sale cannot be completed electronically. The exact time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is to be paid by bank transfer within seven (7) days of the signing event, and proof of payment must be provided to the seller. The buyer pays the notary fee, transfer tax and registration fees.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the debt-free purchase price (unless the buyer meets the conditions for a regular first-time home purchaser).

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale.
