Offer terms

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer.

The competition winner must submit to the landlord for approval a description of the activities to be carried out on the premises.

Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the tenancy.

Bidders agree that Huutokaupat.com may disclose their contact details to the advertiser to enable the rental decision and notification thereof.

OffersThe City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to request further information and clarifications from an offeror and the right to reject all offers. All offerors will be notified of the tenant selection.

Offer period

The offer period begins on 26 October 2026 and ends on 15 November 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer. Offers (bids) must be made in the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated time. The property may only be let to a person who has submitted an offer recorded in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding.

Conditions for accepting an offer

Acceptance of the offer and conclusion of the tenancy agreement require that the tenant has no payment default entries in their credit records and that neither the tenant, an entity owning the tenant nor an entity exercising control over the tenant is subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union or the United Nations. By submitting an offer, the tenant confirms that these conditions are met.

Inspection of the property

The property is let in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and existing when the agreement is signed. Before submitting an offer, the bidder must inspect the property and documents themselves before making a binding offer. The tenant may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection. By submitting an offer, the bidder accepts the property in its present condition.

Conclusion of the tenancy agreement

The deposit must be paid in full and the tenancy agreement must be signed no later than one month after the information concerning the decision addressed to the tenant has been sent, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All offerors will be notified of the tenant selection.
