The City of Oulu offers year-round kiosk sites for rent for the period

1 January 2027–31 December 2028 as follows

Offers for the rental property 
Binding offers must be submitted in the bidding procedure arranged on the Huutokaupat.com website. Participation requires logging into the system. Offers (bids) must be made through the Huutokaupat.com service by the specified deadline. The amount offered is the valid annual rent including VAT. 

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject offers. Offers made are binding, and the successful bidder is obliged to enter into a tenancy agreement and pay the offered price in accordance with the agreement. 

Rental terms 
A tenancy agreement will be concluded with the winners of the bidding competition for the period 1 January 2027–31 December 2028.  

The tenancy agreement only entitles the tenant to place a kiosk on the land. Rent is paid annually on 1 July. The tenant is responsible for any additional costs, such as electricity or water charges for the site, or arranging the relevant connections. 
A draft tenancy agreement is attached to this notice. 

Other terms 
1) The City of Oulu is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The City of Oulu reserves the right to make changes if the winning bidder relinquishes the kiosk site during the contract period.

2) Bids made are binding. If the city accepts a bid but the bidder refuses to sign the tenancy agreement, the city reserves the right to charge a contractual penalty of EUR 500 (excluding VAT).
