Bids must be submitted by the stated time. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. The auction can also be attended in person on site by submitting a bid to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. Anyone submitting a bid accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid.


Inspection of the property

Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records concerned. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the transaction


The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Code of Real Estate. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion of the transaction.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax regulations in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the transaction

Under the Code of Real Estate, a party that refuses to complete the transaction must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the transaction.
