The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 17 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. A separate decision will be made on whether to accept the highest bid.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale ends on 17 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay a deposit corresponding to 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

Payment of the remaining purchase price may, where necessary, be granted for a maximum of four weeks. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the full purchase price in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum offer and the property number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 13 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax independently no later than when applying for registration of title. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer acquires title to the property, and the deed of sale is handed over to the buyer, only once the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
