Foreclosed commercial and residential property in Old Rauma, Rauma

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 29 October 2026 to 22 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 22 November 2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Office is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the bidding period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 19 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Pori office of the National Enforcement Authority, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.
