The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Payment terms
The enforcement officer will inform the maker of the highest purchase offer whether the offer can be accepted. If the offer can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. Once the payment is visible in the official funds account, the enforcement officer will issue the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: Unless the full purchase price is paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay 20% of the purchase price immediately as a deposit.
Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted payment period, annual late-payment interest will then be charged, which is currently 9.50%.
