Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The person making an offer accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered in a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information they know and that can reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale


The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price shall occur at the signing. The fee for the certifying official is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer. The sale must be completed no later than 2 weeks from the end of the auction.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale


A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale. Penalty 4% if the buyer or seller cancels the transaction.
