This lot has a reserve price. If the reserve is met, the seller undertakes to sell the lot to the highest bidder. If the reserve is not met, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids must be placed by the deadline. Sp‑Koti Metsä | Arbour Finland Oy commits to recording all offers made for the lot in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

The buyer pays the transfer tax of 3% of the purchase price, any partitioning costs, title registration fees and the certifier’s fee, or alternatively the electronic transaction and title application fee.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable the sale decision and related notifications.

Once the seller has accepted a bid, the bidder is obliged to submit a written purchase offer through Sp‑Koti Metsä. After the auction ends Sp‑Koti Metsä’s agent will contact the highest bidder to prepare the written offer and to complete the transaction process.

Inspecting the lot

The bidder must inspect the property, documents and related records before submitting a written purchase offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

Sp‑Koti Metsä | Arbour Finland Oy confirms that it has given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Withdrawal from the transaction

A party that refuses to conclude the transaction must, under the Code of Real Estate, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.

Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. Sp‑Koti Metsä | Arbour Finland Oy and the buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
