Leisure property, Loppi

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by way of a free sale in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms set out in that Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further details are given in the prepared sales brochure.

Offers are made for the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations to be assumed by the buyer are shown in the sales brochure under 'Obligations and rights transferred to the buyer'.

Offers are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

Appeals: An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale.

A notice of appeal procedure will be attached to the sales decision.
