For sale: 0.1096 ha property with buildings in Levi, Kittilä, Kittilä

The object is sold in an online auction with bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 8–27 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 27 July 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation in accordance with Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property is seized and is sold by private sale by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer informs the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer pays the whole purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account. When the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer issues the sales decision, which is delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the whole purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.

Payment period: If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price from the sales decision. In that case, annual interest is payable on the whole purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made within the granted payment time, annual default interest will then be charged, which is currently 9.50%.

Buyer’s obligations that transfer with the property

On transfer of ownership of the property, the buyer must pay transfer tax of three per cent on their own initiative before applying for title and no later than six months from the date of the contract. The buyer is responsible for title registration costs and transfer tax.

The State has a pre-emptive right to purchase the property if acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security, or to safeguard or supervise territorial integrity (Act on the State's Pre-emptive Right in Certain Areas 29.3.2019/469).

Certain foreign persons defined by law may acquire property in the territory of the State of Finland only with permission (Act on the State's Pre-emptive Right in Certain Areas 29.3.2019/470).

The object is sold in a timed online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 27 July 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted to the auction).

The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase sum within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase sum may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation pursuant to Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer reserves the right to close the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be entered in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding mechanism. The bid must be submitted in written form to the Enforcement Authority no later than 24 July 2026 at 12:00 to the address: Utsökningsverket / Kuusamo operational unit, Kaiterantie 20, 93600 Kuusamo. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply to it as to the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
