Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Inspection of the property

Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The fee of the official confirming the sale is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the seller accepts the offer. The party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale.
