Seized summer cottage property (no private shoreline) in Mäntyharju, Mäntyharju

The property will be sold by competitive bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 6 July 2026 – 5 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 5 August 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 4 August 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and will be subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies.

The property is seized and is sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the sale item.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any actions related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sale decision.
