Stately granny's cottage, Kouvola

Near the centre of Anjala, immediately available granny's cottage on its own 2,830 m² plot. Approximately 50–60 m² wooden house built in the late 1940s. The house has a porch, entrance hall, kitchen and two chambers. Upstairs an open attic and downstairs a small cellar. The kitchen has a wood-burning stove with bake oven, and the chambers have fireplaces. The house is well kept and there is no unpleasant odour. The attic is dry and there are no leaks in the chimney despite the old felt roof (a couple of eaves are the worst spots; not a real issue, and no water gets into the attic). The yard also has an outbuilding with sauna, changing room, woodshed and outhouse. The plot is partly natural dry woodland and rock, and partly a flatter leisure area. Located next to the cemetery. Electricity and water connections transfer. Drinking water is delivered to an outside tap. Water must be carried to the house, so there is no risk of frozen pipes. Shops are just over 1 km away, the bathing beach about 1.5 km. From Helsinki approx. 125 km.
