Terms of Sale

The property will be sold by increasing bids in an online auction held on the Huutokaupat.com website between 26 June 2026 and 21 July 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply to it.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code as appropriate.
