Seized holiday property in Suomenniemi, Mikkeli

The property is sold by incremental bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 16/06/2026–09/07/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 09/07/2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. If purchase offers cannot be made via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 07/07/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (ref: Sale number 3120000712).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer being liable for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following, as applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.
