Offers must be made no later than 10 July 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last offer accepted to the online auction. The highest offer is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest.


Viewing and condition

The property is sold as it stands and with the equipment present in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The estate is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. No warranty is given for the property. Descriptions in the advertisement are the seller's estimates only. Anyone participating in the auction is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before making a binding offer. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.


Information provided by the seller

The estate warrants that it has given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of sale
The deed of sale will be prepared and signed in the National Land Survey's property transfer service. Payment of the purchase price shall be made within two banking days of confirmation of the bid. The buyer pays the property transfer service fee.


Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax and property formation costs in accordance with applicable tax practice and other official fees, e.g. the fee for the confirmation of sale, and registration of title (www.maanmittauslaitos.fi).


Withdrawal from the sale
A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary measures related to the sale; a penalty of 4% of the higher offer, at least
