Bids are for the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that will transfer to the buyer are listed in the sales prospectus under obligations and rights transferred to the buyer.

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation in accordance with chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
