Inspection of the lot

Information provided by the seller
OP Koti Etelä-Pohjanmaa Oy LKV is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents related to the lot. OP Koti Etelä-Pohjanmaa Oy LKV warrants that it has provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer take place at the signing of the contract.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not complete due to a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to a fixed compensation of 4% of the purchase price.
