Offers must be submitted by the specified deadline. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Viewing the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, its documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that may reasonably affect the sale.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are payable by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax rules.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase shall, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
