Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The bidder accepts the terms of sale by placing a bid.

Property inspection
Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the buyer's responsibility.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by the advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary acts related to the transaction.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
