Viewing the property
Before submitting an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, the documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and which can be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are payable by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to conclude the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
