Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. By placing a bid the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
Before submitting an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, the documents and records, and the auction conditions. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the contract signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the buyer's responsibility.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax applicable under the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
