Viewing the property
Before bidding, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, its documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been detected during the preliminary inspection.

Conclusion of the sale

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred in advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.

If the sale does not complete due to the bidder, the seller is entitled to 4% compensation of the bid price, minimum compensation €1,000.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
