Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The item has not been checked by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must inspect the premises, company documents and relevant records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you have won multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final — please check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a fee of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
