The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a surveyor, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. Buyers cannot later refer to a fact that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection (MOT) details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. For sale are vehicles that may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before making an offer.
