• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a formal condition inspection. They are sold directly from use or storage, in their current condition. Items were photographed for the sales listing by the seller. As no independent inspector has examined the items, latent defects may exist that were not apparent when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must, before placing a bid, familiarise themselves with the lot and any company documents or papers. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during a pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot may have its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee applies to each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items from a bankruptcy estate: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate—please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, always check all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a fee of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the lot and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the original offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, together with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• Bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• The lot is sold as seen, but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• If the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
