Seized forest and recreational property in Kolho, Mänttä-Vilppula

The item will be sold by competitive bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an online auction held from 11 May 2026 to 1 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer's compensation obligation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

Written purchase offers are binding and are subject to the same terms as bids placed in the online auction.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the purchaser.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
