The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The final highest offered purchase price requires the approval of the technical director/city board and a separate sales decision.

The property is sold on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The auction ends on 18 May 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the online auction.

The City of Pieksämäki is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment as shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is given for the property. Descriptions in the listing are only the seller’s estimates of the item for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By placing a bid the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

The property will be transferred according to the attached sales brochure and these terms. A person whose offer has been accepted must, if withdrawing from the transaction, compensate the City of Pieksämäki with reasonable costs equal to 4% of the highest accepted bid to the seller, at least €2,000, as a penalty fee.
