Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by making an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be reasonably expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price is made at the signing of the sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
