Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for the costs incurred in arranging the failed auction, amounting to €1,000.

Acceptance of offers

Bidders are asked to note that acceptance of an offer requires the mortgagee's approval. Obtaining approval may take approximately 2 weeks from the end of the auction.

Concluding the sale

The buyer pays the purchase price into the seller's designated bank account at the signing of the sale.

The buyer obtains ownership after signing the deed and paying the purchase price.

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax of 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer must apply for title registration within 6 months of signing the deed; the buyer bears the title registration costs.
