The share of the company loan attached to the ownership transfers to the buyer: €9,392.35, with a financing charge of €96.85 per month.

The usage right for the apartment/part-ownership is registered with Holiday Club whenever the 4-month reservation period changes; usage rights for the summer weeks from 01/05/2026.
