The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return, nor a right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act.
